No, we didn't do the entire workout outside. We were only out there for the warm ups, but it was a great way to get some sun and fresh air! We will be doing plenty more of these OUTSIDE DOJO workouts this summer in our AM and PM classes!
In addition to training outside, we would like to hold our SUBMISSION GRAPPLING tournament at the end of the summer in an outside venue as well!

5X50 sec. Pummel Match
2X60 sec. Arm Drag Drills
2X10 Jumping up to Guard
2X40 yard Bear Crawls
2X40 yard Wheel Barrel
5X50 yard sprints w/ 10 push ups
