Jiu-Jitsu is great for the body and is an exciting adventure of the mind, spirit, and heart. In addition to sharing our experiences, I want to explore the multiple dimensions of Jiu-Jitsu as well as the philosophy, art, science, technique, etc. Most importantly, I want to use words to help define the Jiu-Jitsu we create with our bodies. When you read, the world widens and your mind begins to change a little. As we train hard to change ourselves for the better, we can also change our community!

BJJ Seminar this Wednesday in El Dorado Hills, CA
El Dorado Hills Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will be hosting a Seminar with Professor Chad Robichaux of Gracie Barra Westcliffe. Professor Chad is a professional mixed martial arts fighter with a diverse background in grappling. This event will be a great opportunity for members of the community to experience the dynamic martial art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. In addition to learning jiu-jitsu it will be an informative session on how they can make a difference in their community. Professor Chad is the head trainer of the Mighty Oaks Warrior Training Division, helping wounded veterans assimilate back into society as so many of them come back with combat trauma.
This is a FREE event, and we do not want to keep anyone from participating if price is an issue. However, we will be taking donations to help wounded veterans participate in the Mighty Oaks Warrior Training Division. This is a family friendly event for the entire community! The recommended donation is $35. See you on the mats!
