Hi Guys,
Thanks so much for continuing to spread the word... we need it. I just got slammed with applications and the hardest part of my job is treating our sessions like triage and selecting the worst cases... especially when they all are. Financial support is the only way to add more sessions to meet the need, so THANK YOU!

EDH BJJ recently hosted a seminar with Professor Chad Robo of Gracie Barra Westcliffe. Professor Chad is a professional mixed martial artist, a brazilian jiu jitsu black belt, and has found a way to apply his martial arts training from the mat to his day to day training off the mat. Visit his website and find out more about the Mighty Oaks Foundation and how he has created a way to help wounded veterans rehabilitate from the mental and physical trauma of combat.
Jiu-Jitsu is great for the body and is an exciting adventure of the mind, spirit, and heart. In addition to sharing our experiences, I want to explore the multiple dimensions of Jiu-Jitsu as well as the philosophy, art, science, technique, etc. Most importantly, I want to use words to help define the Jiu-Jitsu we create with our bodies. When you read, the world widens and your mind begins to change a little. As we train hard to change ourselves for the better, we can also change our community!
