BEGINNER'S JIU JITSU CLASS STARTS THIS WEEK!
Starting with functional drills to strengthen the muscles, the Beginner's Jiu Jitsu class will emphasize the development of flexibility, balance, and endurance. Students will also be challenged to evaluate and re-evaluate their current diet, since how we fuel our bodies makes a significant difference on how we feel. With the combined experience of 35 years in Jiu-Jitsu and grappling, instructor's Todd Jones and Eliot Kelly, have designed a curriculum to help you learn and begin to understand the functional and exciting martial art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
The Adults Beginner's Jiu Jitsu class will be held on Wednesday's from 7:00-8:00pm and on Friday's from 6:00-7:00pm. Please visit our website for a more detailed schedule of classes http://www.edhbjj.com
