We had three competitors enter the United Grappling Federation (UGF) Sacramento Summer Open this weekend in Consumnes River, CA. There were some very exciting matches, and at the end of the day, all competitors walked away from the tournament with a medal around their neck. Competing in the adult Gi division, Kevin had some impressive matches to finish with the Silver. Our youngest competitor Own also finished with a Silver. Angelo, competing in the No-Gi division, had an exciting match going back and forth in points. He finished with the Bronze. All competitors had great moments of technical display and we are excited about getting back on the mat to sharpen our skills for the next tournament!
