Star 6 Memorial Run: May 20, 2012

 The Sacramento County Deputy Sheriffs' Association and the STAR 6 Foundation will be accepting sign ups for the 2012 STAR 6 Foundation Memorial 5k/10k to be held on Sunday, May 20, 2012 at Himbus Flats (Lake Natoma). The Memorial Run is one of the main fundraisers for the Foundation and helps in providing financial assistance, grievance counseling and support for the spouses, families and "brothers and sisters" of the fallen and injured men and women of law enforcement.
     Come out, bring our friends, family, co-workers and neighbors! This is a great FUN walk with strollers, dogs, from 77 year olds to 6 year olds and from youth soccer teams to running clubs and gyms!

     To all Sacramento area Jiu-Jitsu families, this would be an awesome event to show up wearing your school shirt to represent Jiu-Jitsu and your school! We had a great time getting together last year and are looking forward to another exciting race! If you are in the Rancho Cordova/ Folsom area I look forward to seeing you there!
