Jiu-Jitsu for Stress Rehabilitation

Did you ever think Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu would help with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)? Chad "Robo" has set up a program in Westcliffe, CO to help veterans rehabilitate from the trauma they encountered in battle. Many turn to drugs and alcohol as a way to cope with stress. Chad turned to Martial Arts and developed a system to help veterans find a new outlet and rehabilitate from the traumas  of battle. Chad's training system shows that jiu-jitsu can help with anxiety, jiu-jitsu can help with panic attacks, and that jiu-jistu can help people deal with stress.
If you would like to know more about Chad's program in Colorado, please go to the Might Oaks Foundation website.
